INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place the IMD folder (unzipped) into the ImageJ Macros folder.

2. Install the IMD.ijm macro
	Plugins -> Macros -> Install

3. Run the macro
	 Plugins -> Macros -> IMD



Caveat Emptor: This code was written using ImageJ 1.48v on a Windows 7 operating system. It is possible that it will not run on other versions of ImageJ or other operating systems.  There is no intent to support all possible system enviroments.
